Executure collects only the information you provide directly — through outreach replies, discovery calls, the pilot engagement, and any project materials shared during an engagement. This information is used solely to deliver the services you've engaged Executure for, and is not sold or shared with third parties.
Client project details, discussions, and materials are treated as confidential and are not disclosed outside the engagement without your consent, except as required by law.
The two-week pilot is offered at no cost and carries no obligation to continue into a paid engagement. Following a successful pilot, ongoing work is governed by a separate engagement agreement covering scope, term, and payment, provided before any paid work begins.
Executure's standard ongoing engagement is $8,500/month with an initial 3-month term. Specific terms for any engagement are confirmed in writing prior to commencement.
